DoubleVerify is agentic and authentic. The company has announced it has expanded its Authentic AdVantage product to Meta and TikTok.

The solution combines pre-bid brand suitability controls, AI-powered campaign optimization, and independent measurement into a single offering. In practical terms, it’s DV’s traditional media quality capabilities paired with DV Scibids AI optimization in a unified workflow. DV says the goal is to help advertisers improve performance and media quality at the same time, rather than treating them as separate objectives.

Why This Matters:

One of the biggest debates in digital advertising is whether advertisers should prioritize performance or media quality. Historically, many have viewed those goals as competing interests. More aggressive suitability controls can sometimes reduce scale, while aggressive optimization can introduce quality concerns.

DV is arguing that advertisers shouldn’t have to make that tradeoff. By combining verification, optimization, and measurement into a single offering, the company believes brands can improve efficiency while maintaining their media quality standards. While DV Authentic AdVantage launched last year, this expansion brings those capabilities to Meta and TikTok.

The Meta and TikTok expansion is also notable because the platforms represent two of the largest destinations for digital ad spend today. It also extends DV’s optimization technology into environments where advertisers are increasingly focused on performance and outcomes.

This launch is a new capability, but also symbolic of DV’s vision for where advertising is headed.

For years, verification, optimization, and measurement have operated as separate functions. DV is increasingly bringing them together. Last week, the company unveiled DV Neura, an AI-powered intelligence layer to connect DV data, insights, recommendations, and activation across campaigns. The expansion of AdVantage feels like another step in that direction.

The bigger bet is that advertisers care less about individual tools and more about outcomes, and that media quality becomes a performance signal rather than a separate conversation.
